This banana bread is so easy to whip up in the blender! There's no sugar in this recipe, sweetened by the bananas! And it's no grain no pain! What I call real comfort food baby!
4 ripe bananas
4 pasture eggs
1/2 cup Almond Butter
4 Tablespoons Grass Fed Butter Melted
1/2 cup Guiltless Grain Free Seed Flour (I buy here locally at People's Pharmacy in Westlake. They will have it at our local HEB on Bee Caves in July 2016!) http://www.guiltlesssuperfoods.com
If you don't have this superfood seed flour use coconut or almond flour.
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspooon gluten free baking powder
Pinch of sea or kosher salt
1 Teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine bananas, eggs, almond butter, grass fed butter in blender or use mixer. Blender works great with this recipe!
Blend up and then add dry ingredients.
Pour into well greased (with coconut spray) loaf pan. I add chopped walnuts on top.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes until knife comes out smooth!
Enjoy with some softened grass fed butter mixed with a little Maple Syrup! Or have plain for breakfast with a cup of organic coffee! Yummmy in the tummy!
