Green Chile & Cheese Appetizer

Who's looking for a very easy peezy cheezy appetizer to take to a holiday party or pot luck coming up? I had this at one of the Christmas parties we attended last week. I was so excited to see a gluten free choice! If you have an issue with dairy however this may not be your friend!

Ok gang, I haven't made this yet! So going from memory! But this one isn't for rocket scientist chefs!! It's for busy people who need a quick dish! This one is so good and was a big hit at the party!

4 Ingredients:

1 can green chilies

1 / 2 cup swiss cheese

1 / 2 cup cheddar cheese

2 eggs

Cut and Spread the green chilies in a pie plate sprayed with a little Olive Oil spray

Sprinkle the cheese on top

Whisk the egg and pour over the top. You could even add some parmesan cheese on top! Or add in some ham. Or better yet bacon! Go crazy you rockin chefs!

Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes on 350 until egg sets. Cool and cut into wedges.  T
