Paleo Peanut Butter Fudge Cups

Paleo Peanut Butter Fudge CupsThese little paleo peanut butter fudge cups really hit the spot! They taste just like a peanut butter cup only made with much healthier ingredients and there's only five that you most likely already have in your pantry. They take like 5 minutes to make! Even the busiest of moms can whip these up for a healthy sweet treat!!

1 / 2 cup coconut oil

1 / 2 cup high quality cocoa powder

1 / 2 cup smooth almond or peanut butter.  I used Justin's peanut butter and it has honey in it so I cut down on the Maple Syrup

1 / 4 cup raw honey or maple syrup

1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla

Melt coconut oil.  Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until smooth. I used my Ninja blender.  Pour into small paper lined muffin tin cups and fill about half inch full.

Chill for 30 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes.  When firm remove.  Store in sealed container in frig or freezer.

This recipe made 15 peanut butter cups for me.
