Fruity Crisp

Fruity CrispI whipped this up last night and it was so yummy and healthy too! I had some fruit that we didn't eat before so stored it in one of my Pampered Chef glass 3 cup bowls!

For The Crisp Topping:

1 1/2 Cups Bob Red Mills All Purpose Flour

3/4 Cup Gluten Free Oats

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

Some almond halves (optional or use whatever nuts you like)

1 Teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon salt

1 1/2 stick cold butter cut into chunks

Mix all the first ingredients together in the Pampered Chef batter bowl and then mix in the butter with a pastry cutter or use your hands, or you could use the Pampered Chef manual food processor too! It's a great tool too that I use in my kitchen...    Mix together until large clumps form.

*The Fruit can be any combination you like.  We had stawberries, blackberries, blueberries and added some dried cranberries and cherries.

Heat oven to 350. Fill ramekins with fruit about 3/4 full and add topping. Bake about 45 minutes until bubbly.  We topped ours with Almond Milk ice cream!

Enjoy the Journey!
