Was tending to our organic garden last evening and realized our two Brussel Sprout plants I planted in January are not doing much spouting! They've really weathered the cold this winter though! I was going to rip them out and plant more kale and then decided why let it all go to waste? Why not eat the leaves? I pulled some off last evening, cut them up and sautéed them up in olive oil with some garlic along with some fresh kale from our garden and some Bok Choy we had in the fridge and it was awesome!
We love greens and there’s so much good nutrition in them! Easy to sautéed and they taste delicious with fresh garlic!
