Healthy, tasty, homemade nut butter!

Health Benefits of Flax Seeds  - Helps fight constipation.  The consumption of flaxseed is associated with a reduction in total cholesterol, including the LDL (bad) cholesterol and triglycerides. Study after study has shown a positive response to eating ground flax seed daily. Eating low fat foods, increasing your exercise, limiting the salt, sugar and eating flax seed daily are a few ways that you can win the battle against high cholesterol.  See more benefits here -

Sunflower Seeds -  Cardiovascular, bone health, anti-Inflamatory.  More benefits here -

Almonds – good for bones, more energy, reduces risk of heart disease.  More benefits here -

*I put in a little Udos Oil about a Tablespoon or so depending on how much needed and I used my LSA mixture for this recipe.   It's a mixture of Flaxseeds, Sunflower seeds and Almonds that I've already ground up in my food processer and keep in a brown glass air tight container in the frig to use in my smoothies and raw juice drinks, on cereal, or to bread fish.    I put about 3 cups of this LSA mixture in my Ninja and added the UDO's oil and blended for about 4 minutes and added in about 1 /4 teaspoon of sea salt and continue to blend until it's creamy.  About 5 minutes or so.    It came out delicious!  Taste like peanut butter!  Our Aussie Titan loves it too!

Keep in frig and spread on celery, gluten free crackers, bread or pita chips....  It's healthy, packed with protein and yummy!

Enjoy the journey!
